First Step: Fiber Fathead Dough
The first step is to prepare a Fathead Dough.
The ones, who are following me for a longer time, already know that I do not prepare any of the fathead recipes in the microwave. The reason is not only that I do not like to use the microwave but on the stove, the fathead dough is always a hundred percent perfect.
In the microwave, I never get it as I would wish for.
The process is exactly the same as you would use almond flour but instead using a Potato Fiber or Oat Fiber , depending on where you live.
First, start melting the mozzarella cheese. Once that is fully melted add fiber, egg, and mix fully until all three ingredients are incorporated into one beautiful silky dough.
