  • Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees.
  • Place the leftover boneless chicken breasts in the air fryer and cook for about 5 minutes, flipping halfway until thoroughly heated.
  • If you notice the chicken getting darker, turn your air fryer to 320 degrees and continue to cook. Since all air fryers are made differently , it can take more or less time to reheat chicken breasts.

    Step 1: In a hot oven-safe skillet, add olive oil and butter. Season chicken generously, then sear chicken on each side.

    Step 2: Reduce heat, then simmer with the lid on and reduce the heat to low until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
