They require just 1 pan, and no oven time! That’s my kind of dessert. This recipe makes 1 small batch, but if you have company or want to make enough to last for the week you can easily double the recipe up.
You really get a sweet/salty snack when you just roughly break up the cooled off pecans into a bowl.
Cooking with Swerve
To make these, just get out your favorite non-stick skillet and heat up your butter and Swerve. If you haven’t heard of Swerve, it’s my favorite way to bake sugar free treats now! A little goes a long way. You can find confectioners, brown and granulated Swerve on Amazon. Add pecans to your mixture.
Look at all that fall deliciousness! Be sure to store in an airtight container.
The Magic Spoon Ads Got Me
I breezed past all of the ads for keto-this and paleo-that without much thought. But Magic Spoon stopped me mid-scroll.
